While we hope you enjoy this website, it is important that you carefully read these terms before using this website, as they affect your legal rights and obligations and govern your use of this website. These terms apply to (i) the website; and (ii) interactive features that are present within moonmandesigns.com. These terms apply to any offline activities by Moonman Designs/FrozenMoon Productions (unless specifically stated). You agree to these terms by accessing or using this website.

Ordering Products

      (a)   Payment

You need a valid credit or payment card, with full authority to use it, to submit an order for glass, art, or any other listed items through this website. You hereby represent and warrant that you will not use any credit card or other form of payment unless you have all necessary legal authorization to do so. You understand that we will not be liable in the event that others acting with or without your permission use your credit or payment card to make purchases on this website. You understand that if you reside outside of the US you will be required to pay a specified shipping amount that is subject to change. Receipt of order will be sent within 24 hours of the order. All payments must be made within 24 hours of invoicing or order will be subject to termination at the discretion of Moonman Designs. We reserve the right to refund or cancel any order at any time for any reason. 

       (b)   Prices; Colors; Availability

All prices listed on moonmandesigns.com are subject to change. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing we shall have the right, prior to the acceptance of your order pursuant to our Order Acceptance Policy described below, to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit or payment card has already been charged for the purchase and we cancel your order, we shall issue a credit to your credit or payment card account in the amount of the charge.

        (c)    Shipping Info

A page is provided at the end of the ordering process to allow you to put your address in for shipping. If for any reason at any time you provide the wrong address, you are responsible for correcting your address. We will notify the patron ONE time about the mistake. We will not hunt you down. Failure to inquire about an address correction will result in your order not being shipped. No exceptions. 

**Please note that the colors of items and products may depend on your monitor and may not be correctly displayed. 

Please keep in mind that while we might offer a variety of glass on our website, we cannot guarantee availability at a particular time; and certain products might not be available on the website. Items available on the display table cannot be held or reserved and must be paid for at the time of inquiry. We reserve the right to change our glass, art, sticker, etc. offerings at any time. We also reserve the right to change contents, features and offerings, and adjust accessibility of the website at our discretion. 

Order Acceptance Policy 

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order. By placing an order, you agree that you are over the age of 21 and have agreed to all terms and conditions listed on this website and on forms that have been filled out. We are not responsible for any incident in which someone under the age of 21 attempts to purchase glass unlawfully. 

     (a)     Payment Terms

For each product that you order on moonmandesigns.com, you agree to pay the price for the product and any shipping charges that have been incurred at the time you submitted the order. If payment is not received by your credit or payment card issuer or its agents, your order will be canceled and you will not receive the product(s). 

      (b)    Return/Refund Policy

All items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. **NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED at any time for any reason. If an order is placed incorrectly, that is the sole responsibility of the customer and we will be unable to issue a refund. Please be sure to check your purchase before entering payment info and proceeding. If a package doesn’t arrive within 3-4 weeks (domestic) or 6-8 weeks (intl), a dispute may be filed through the “Contact Us” page and will be investigated until a resolution is reached. The customer may report any missing items or damage incurred to the items and we will investigate in an attempt to make it right. 

Bookings

All bookings require a 50% retainer to be paid at the time of booking. This retainer is Non-Refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS). Failure to meet terms of service will result in termination of service. We reserve the right, at any time, for any reason, to terminate service. No refunds shall be given in these instances. 

         (a)   Materials Obtained: Any products or services that are given to the client must include credit to our team. This may be in the form of tagging, mentions, etc. 

         (b)   Credentials: At the time of booking you must confirm that you will be able to obtain the appropriate credentials for our team (2) to enter your event. No exceptions. Failure to put our team on the appropriate list to gain entry will result in termination of service. 

          (c)   Payment: A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking our services. This retainer will be paid at the time of booking. The other half of the payment must be paid directly to our team, either in person or via Paypal, Cashapp, etc. At which time your spot in our calendar will be secured and reserved. The rest of the payment must be made within 24 hours of the end of the show/event or materials will not be released (No Exceptions). 

          (d)    Rescheduling/Cancellation:  In the event that there is a need to reschedule your event/festival or there is a cancellation, the retainer will not be refunded. Our ability to carry out services in the event of a reschedule will be based upon our availability. You must notify us as soon as possible if your event gets rescheduled. Only then will we try to accommodate and reserve a new space for you. 

 Gift Certificates

Moonman Designs proudly offers gift certificates through giveaways and for purchase on the website. These gift certificates may be used for items in the SHOP only (*Excluding Glostik Merch). Gift certificates may not be used on Promo Packages or for Bookings. Gift Certificates never expire and are good for one time use ONLY. Once the certificate is used, it will be void and cannot be reused for any reason. No exceptions. Gift certificates may not be reproduced or used more than once. If we suspect any fraudulent use, we reserve the right to cancel the order and void the certificate. 

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes may be used one at a time. Multiple codes cannot be stacked in each order. No exceptions. Any evidence that codes are being wrongfully used or reproduced will result in termination of service and the order will be promptly cancelled. Any codes that are not emailed from moonman@moonmandesigns.com or danielle@moonmandesigns.com or that are distributed by us should be considered invalid and discarded or reported. Please report any fraudulent activity to us through our Contact Us page. 

Promo Packages

We are now offering promo packages. These are separate from the Shop items and are not included in any shop sales or promotions (unless otherwise specified). Promo package orders must follow the instructions listed on the page to insure the order is completed correctly. Please see our return policy above for more information. We will NOT print any images that are inappropriate, vulgar, racist, homophobic, etc. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. 

Contests

Any contests put on by Moonman Designs are put on solely by employees of Moonman Designs. We sponsor them and therefore reserve the right to accept/decline submissions as we see fit. These contests do not require any purchase for entry. Any participant who enters, as long as they fill out the information correctly, will be given a fair chance at winning. Moonman Designs will not accept any monetary or material donation during a contest to increase chances of winning. Any acts such as the ones outlined in these terms will result in immediate disqualification. All entrants must be 21 years of age or older to participate. We are not liable for any entrants pretending to be someone else or entering while they are not above the age of 21. Contest entrants who win a prize will be notified via our social media pages and via personal email. They will receive any recognition and/or prizes within 48 hours of the winning announcement. Ownership of Site Content

Content present on moonmandesigns.com (including past, present and future versions) and materials that are included in or are otherwise a part of the website, including, without limitation: graphics; layout; text; content; instructions; images; audio; videos; digital media offered by streaming; logos; domain names; any and all copyrightable material; the “look and feel” of the moonmandesigns.com; the compilation, assembly and arrangement of the materials of moonmandesigns.com; and all other materials related to the moonmandesigns.com are owned and controlled by Moonman Designs/FrozenMoon Productions (and GoDaddy.com), and are protected from unauthorized use, copying and dissemination by copyright, trademark, patent, publicity and other laws, rules, regulations and international treaties. Except as expressly set forth in these terms or otherwise expressly granted to you in writing by Moonman Designs/FrozenMoon Productions, no rights are granted to you. Any and all rights to use any materials not expressly granted to you under these terms are hereby reserved for Moonman Designs/FrozenMoon Productions and/or its members and affiliates. Nothing contained in these terms will affect, impair, or limit in any way Moonman Designs’/FrozenMoon Productions' rights to exploit fully any or all of the materials. You acknowledge and agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, contest, challenge, aid or abet in contesting or challenging the validity or ownership of the materials, or take any action whatsoever in derogation of Moonman Designs’/FrozenMoon Productions' rights therein, or in breach of, any terms and conditions contained in these terms.

User Forums Usage Rules

As a user of the moonmandesigns.com, you agree that these rules are here to help you understand the conduct that is expected of individuals who submit information through the forms provided on this website. Your participation in submitting these forms is subject to all the terms, including these rules. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to monitor and screen all user content submitted to this website and may disregard any user content that, in our sole discretion, violates these rules or the terms, or that we otherwise find objectionable. Please follow these Rules as you submit any responses:

1. User content must be yours. All information provided in forms, reviews, testimonials, etc must be your original written content and not stolen or taken from any other user. 
2. Don't share other people's personal information. Your submissions may not reveal another person’s address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number or any information that may be used to track, contact, or impersonate that individual or that is extremely personal in nature. You may not harvest personally identifiable information about this website’s users.
3. Be honest and do not misrepresent yourself or any information you may submit.
