Moonman Designs Return Policy

Effective as of: 1/1/25.

Conditions for return

At this time, due to the handmade nature of our products, we are not currently accepting returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage all customers to reach out to us if they are dissatisfied with any product they receive.

Defective products

Sometimes things happen that are out of our control - whether it be due to improper handling or the forces of nature. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

If your item(s) are damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at moonman@moonmandesigns.com.

We ask that you please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A photo (if possible) of the damaged/defective merchandise

  • A method of contact if email is not preferred

We donโ€™t run into these situations often, but they do happen. We will evaluate all inquiries on a case by case basis. We strive to deliver quality handmade products and customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Replacements

In the rare event that a product you receive arrives damaged or is defective, we will investigate your inquiry and will send a replacement to the best of our ability. Since all of our items are handmade, we cannot promise exact replicas of any merchandise, but we will make our best effort to closely match the item ordered.

Refunds

Absent extenuating circumstances, we do not issue refunds at this time. If a product arrives damaged, we will do our best to replace it (see above). At this time, we are not issuing refunds for merchandise ordered in error, duplicates, etc. However, we do understand things happen and in the interest of providing the best customer service possible, we ask that if an error is made on the part of the customer, that you send us an email as soon as possible.
